I'm privileged to have the opportunity to come to work each day and fight for my clients.

Darl, known to his friends and family as Champ, has extensive experience as a member of our team of Atlanta personal injury attorneys representing individuals in injury and wrongful death cases.  While he handles a variety of injury cases, his practice is primarily focused on cases involving automobile and trucking accidents, defective products, medical malpractice, and FELA claims.  Since joining the Warshauer Law Group in 2010, he has assisted clients in recovering millions of dollars for their claims.  In recognition of his hard-work and dedication to fighting for his clients, Darl was recently selected by Georgia Super Lawyer magazine as a Rising Star in the area of personal injury litigation.  This prestigious distinction is bestowed upon no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the state.

Darl graduated from Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science.  He then attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where he was a Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, an inductee into the Brainerd Currie Honor Society, and a recipient of the Faculty Award for Outstanding Senior.  After receiving his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, he worked for two years as law clerk for the Honorable Hugh Lawson, United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia

In his spare time, Darl enjoys spending time with his wife Julia, daughter Elizabeth, and dog Belle. He also enjoys following Steelers football, Braves baseball, and all N.C. State sports teams.
