Before joining the Warshauer Law Group, P.C., Darl worked for a defense firm where he primarily represented insurance companies in coverage disputes. His experience as a defense attorney reinforced his long-held desire to advocate on behalf of injured people against the powerful interests that seek to defeat their claims.
Darl graduated from Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science. He then attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where he was a Managing Editor of the Mercer Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, an inductee into the Brainerd Currie Honor Society, and a recipient of the Faculty Award for Outstanding Senior. After receiving his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, he worked for two years as law clerk for the Honorable Hugh Lawson, United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia
In his spare time, Darl enjoys spending time with his wife, Julia, taking his dog, Belle, to the dog park, reading, watching college football, and taking tae kwon do lessons.
